This box contains broken cocoa beans. The broken beans have a powerful flavour. Our beans are roasted at 110 degrees in order to release the maximum amount of flavour. From the Amelonado cocoa variety, these crunchy pieces can be eaten on their own or used in sweet or savoury recipes and gourmet preparations.
All our cocoa comes from our Diogo Vaz plantation on the island of São Tomé, from ORGANIC cocoa beans and socially responsible production.
